An Estate Planning Lawyer Who Will Take Good Care of You
If you are looking for an estate planning lawyer who can efficiently handle all your affairs, Lake Country Planning LLC is here. We are confident in our abilities, and our clients can attest to our skills. We are excited to meet you and will take very good care of you.

The Importance of Estate Planning
Without legal instructions set in place in the event that you die, the court system will take over to distribute your assets. It could even determine to whom your underage children are entrusted. Your family could be thrust into turmoil while trying to cope with your death and the after-death process. No one wants that to happen.
I’ll briefly cover four parts of estate planning that I can help you with:
- Trust plans
- Wills
- Kids Protection Plans®
- Powers of attorney
Trust Plans
Trusts allow you the most control and protection over your financial assets and can keep your family out of court, out of conflict and out of the public eye. There are four types of trust plans, namely:
- Living trust
- Testamentary trust
- Revocable trust
- Irrevocable trust
When we meet, I will go over the four types and we will decide which one is best for you. Each one will help you avoid probate and save you on estate taxes.
Wills
I’m sure you know what a will is; what you may not know is the many different parts that a will can include. A will is a plan that allows you to control who inherits your financial assets, and a court oversights the probate process. You and I will tailor your will to suit your wants and needs.
Kids Protection Plans®
If you opt for a Kids Protection Plan®, we will help you implement an integrated system that ensures your children aren’t taken into protective custody and are safe with people who know them, in the event you pass away or are otherwise incapacitated. If you have minor children, this plan is highly advisable.
Powers of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is someone you appoint to ensure you are well taken care of by people you trust, in the event you are incapacitated and/or deemed incapable of making your own health or financial decisions. Again, this is a very important thing to have in place.
